Ray & Berndtson Offices In The Americas Select FILEFINDER: Six Offices Implement Leading Executive Search Software System
Leading International Executive Search Network, Ray & Berndtson, has selected the FILEFINDER recruitment system from Dillistone Systems for implementation in Canada, the USA and Brazil.
Carl Lovas, Chairman of Ray & Berndtson in Canada, commented, “We believe that for us to service our clients to the level that they expect, it is vital that our team have access to the latest technology. When we decided that it was necessary to upgrade our national database, we reviewed a number of options but felt that the FILEFINDER system came closest to matching the retained search workflow that our success is based around. Furthermore, we felt that the back up provided by the global Dillistone Systems support team would ensure that we got the most out of our investment. Having gone live in January, I think we can already see that we made the correct decision.”
Winston Pegler, Managing Partner of Ray & Berndtson in Brazil also chose to implement FILEFINDER for his business, and he is also satisfied with the outcome.

Although the Ray & Berndtson businesses in Canada, Brazil and the USA are fairly new users of FILEFINDER, all three businesses implemented the software following recommendations from UK Member Firm, Odgers Ray & Berndtson—the UK’s largest privately owned search firm.
