"We evaluated various solutions, and FileFinder seemed to be the one most adapted for Executive Search activity (and not “recruiting”), and integrated with other applications (such as MS Outlook, web browser etc).  I would say it has already made our work more efficient because it gives us a good overview of current assignments’ status, allows us to easily see work done by other people (e.g. whether a candidate has already been signed off), to eliminate some paper documents (that we attached as electronic files to FileFinder, so they can easily be found by everyone), etc… Furthermore we really appreciate the integration with the web and MS Outlook, that allows us to save a lot of time and have stored all movements and contacts without having to use various programs and do all the work twice. We would definitely choose FileFinder again. We really appreciated the training sessions, are very happy with the support and commitment to answering each single question  by the support centre."
