"FileFinder is the first e-Resourcing system I have used in earnest, and I have found it very easy to pick up. I have directed my Research Team to stop all use of spreadsheets for gathering information and insisted on FileFinder being used for every assignment from scratch. Whilst there has been a little resistance as we have started with an empty database and so adding records for candidates takes time, I believe everyone can see the value of populating the database for the future."
